Clonmel Allotments & Community Gardens Association will hold their first AGM on Monday 14th December, at 8pm in Hearn’s Hotel. Anyone interested in helping to achieve the aims of the Association is invited to come along on the night and consider joining the committee – you don’t have to be an allotment plotholder to join. The aims of the Association are: to represent the views and interests of allotment and community garden holders at Clonmel Borough Council site(s); to campaign for more allotment and community garden sites in local communities; to promote allotment and community gardening as a healthy and sustainable activity; and to cooperate with other bodies interested in promoting allotments and community gardens.
